Doral International proudly introduces, for the first time on the market, a top quality "Gelato" product which pays maximum attention to the quality of the ingredients and ease of production. This traditional Italian "ice cream" is made by Venchi SPA.
What is Italian Gelato? It is a mixture of liquid ingredients (milk, cream, fruits....), and solid raw materials (dehydrated powders made of sugars, proteins, fibers and fruits). This mixture goes trough pasteurization, whipping and cooling, and the semisolid result is called "Gelato". It differs from ice cream do to its low fat content.
To obtain high quality Gelato, the first step is the selection of the raw ingredients. Venchi has excluded the use of vegetable refined oil or hydrogenated fats, mono and triglycerides of the fatty acids flavorings or synthetic additives.
Venchi offers 40 flavors which are pre-measured and mixed to make the production process extremely easy.

You can make Venchi Gelato in any "combined" machine (meaning pasteurizer and batch freezer in the same machine). Venchi recommends Coldelite (a Carpigiani company) model 3002 or 3003. There are many companies that manufacture these combined machines.
