Doral International is a family company committed to offer the American
public a source of the best gourmet food made in Italy. Our products come
from small artisans who use traditional methods of preparation. None of the
products have chemical additives, artificial colorings or flavorings. Some

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
QUANTITIES: Orders must be for FULL CASES and prices are FOB Bayside, New
York. All prices are subject to change without notice. Any split cases will
carry a 10% surcharge

CREDIT TERMS and PAYMENT: Each order is subject to credit approval. If
credit is approved we grant Net-20day payment. In all other instances, we
will accept prepayment by check, or by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover) Checks returned unpaid by your financial
institution are subject to an additional charge of $39.00.
AVAILABILITY: Orders are available within two (2) working days from receipt
on in-stock items.
TRANSPORTATION: Shipments will be made by truck or UPS, whichever is more
efficient. Customers wishing to make their own transportation must advise us
when placing the order. Shipping Chargers are FOB warehouse.
CLAIMS: Once an order leaves our warehouse Doral International is no longer
responsible for any damage or loss. Doral International will assist, where
possible, in filing claims with transportation companies. Any claim for
defective merchandise or mis-shipments, must be made within seven (7) days
from receipt of goods.
RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved by Doral International. They must
be returned in the original packaging and should be returned within 7 (seven)
days after receipt of goods. Any returns not made in their original
packaging will be charged 15% surcharge.
DISPUTES: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement
shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
New York. All products are offered subject to prior sale. Placing an order
shall be deemed as acceptance of the above term and conditions. This replaces
any previous Terms and Conditions.
